AIrITY Warranty Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products. We guarantee your rights as follows:
AIrITY products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (this warranty service is only applicable to Taiwan and its outlying islands). If there are any defects or malfunctions not caused by human error, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. To use this warranty and repair service, please register for the warranty first. Registering for the warranty means you agree to and understand the AIrITY service terms.
Warranty Terms:
- To ensure customer rights, please keep proof of purchase documents (must include date and item). Do not remove or deface the date on the purchase documents, making them unidentifiable, or fail to provide proof of purchase. In such cases, AIrITY will use the product's manufacturing date as the warranty start date. If the product has no manufacturing date and proof of purchase cannot be provided, it will be treated as out of warranty.
- AIrITY has the right to request consumers to provide a warranty card. (*You can fill out the warranty form first to protect your rights.)
- If, upon verification, the warranty registration information and date do not match the proof of purchase (e.g., purchase certificate has no specific date, product/color does not match...), AIrITY may change the warranty expiration date and modify the product and color based on the "correct shipping date" or "product manufacturing date" without further notice.
- If any of the following conditions occur, even within the warranty period, free replacement parts or repair services will not be provided:
- Products purchased from second-hand sources, non-official distributors, or without an invoice.
- Malfunctions or damages caused by accidents or force majeure (natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, typhoons, lightning strikes, pest infestations).
- Malfunctions or damages caused by human damage (scratches, drops, broken buckles, knocking, damage, heavy impact, etc.).
- Malfunctions or damages caused by human negligence (loss, liquid intrusion, improper storage, transportation collision, stains or surface scratches after use, etc.).
- Malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, improper storage or maintenance, or external environmental factors not related to manufacturing.
- Malfunctions or damages caused by self-modification (or modification by others) of the product or repairs by non-company service personnel.
- Products used in commercial premises, factories, or public places (non-domestic use).
- Products not purchased in Taiwan or its outlying islands.
- If our repair personnel determine that the damage or malfunction is out of warranty due to reasons stated in clause 4, a testing fee of $200 may be charged for inspection services (inspection without repair).
- If the screen protector, film, or self-added accessories/decorations on the product sent for repair are damaged during the repair process, the company is not liable.
- During the warranty period, for in-warranty repair or replacement services, AIrITY will bear the round-trip shipping costs; for out-of-warranty repairs, AIrITY will only bear the return shipping cost. (Limited to Taiwan region).
- This shipping clause only applies to "original factory repairs". For repairs submitted at "collection points", customers need to pick up the product at the store.
- For in-warranty repair and replacement services, if our designated shipping system (partner logistics) is not used, customers must bear the round-trip shipping costs.
- For outlying islands, as our partner logistics cannot collect packages, if repair or replacement is needed, customers must mail the product back themselves, and AIrITY will bear the return shipping cost of NT$60.
- If repair or replacement is needed, please package the product properly (shockproof) before handing it over to logistics. If damage occurs during transportation due to insufficient protection, AIrITY reserves the right to charge according to out-of-warranty standards.
- Services outside the warranty period will be charged according to the company's fee standards.

After repair services (including parts replacement) during the warranty period, the entire machine will receive a 90-day warranty or the remaining warranty period, whichever is longer.
- AIrITY reserves the right to amend and make the final interpretation of this warranty service.
*Tip: Since packaging boxes are required to ensure safe transportation of products during transit, it is recommended that you keep the packaging box for at least 30 days from the date of receipt.
Notes for out-of-warranty / paid repairs
- Product repair costs include parts fees, repair service fees, and shipping costs. (Only applicable to Taiwan region)
- AIrITY will contact the customer before repair to inform them of the possible repair costs and ask if they agree to proceed with paid repair.
- If the AIrITY repair department determines that the submitted item requires paid repair, but the customer waives the repair, we will send it back to your designated receiving address by courier. If there is a refusal to receive or no response for 30 days, AIrITY will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the submitted item and may dispose of it at its discretion.
- After repair services (including parts replacement), the entire machine will receive a 90-day warranty.
